The chairs were dirty, the room was dimly lit, the mattress was old and sagged and the sheets were torn. We went to a different place to spend the night.

Well the bed was comfortable. close to everything.

Our room was nothing like the pictures, there was no phone, no bedside lamp and no coffee maker. We had a 2 bedroom suite and only one room had a television, the toilet ran and the sink faucet leaked all over the floor, we had to use towels to mop the wa

Dirty loud unclean people were checking out..door frame came off was attached to door

My room was on the back side away from all the traffic.

Towels were small, tv was small, phone had no chord, 1 ice machine for all the hotel, sheets were not changed daily, no maid service on Sundays.

Not real clean. Pool was dirty. Didn't feel safe.

The location was in a great spot. The pool was clean.

The room key card kept not working had to go the front desk numerous times to get it reset. Twice the office had no one present when we tried to get this fixed during regular business hours. The rooms were booked incorrectly. Breakfast was terrible.

There was an 1-1/2"gap under door very dirty ac quit. They switched us to a different room and then 3 hrs later gave the key to someone else. No outlets in one of the rooms for a cpap. Horrible!!!

The desk clerk was nice.

We had 2 rooms. 1 had filthy stained carpet and literally MOLD on the wall refrigerator did not work. The other had busted bathroom door. If you pushed on the entrance door they opened without key cards. Place was just NASTY

Helpful, friendly staff view was good despite buildings on north side. Quiet,believe all concrete builing.

Thw room was dirty when we got there. We spent over an our cleaning it just so we could walk on the floor. After some time water started leaking from the ceiling. That was the AC dripping. It ended up busting through the panel.

it had a great location..workers were very nice..

some parts of the outside of hotel needed cleaned..the wifi was bad, was lucky enough to be able to get online once in 3 days..

Location is the only good thing about this hoteL.

Carpet and linoleum was dirty and dingy, stains on walls and doors,ceiling in bathroom was yellowed and tiles were mismatched

no one could tell me where the breakfast was. the check in clerk gave me the wrong room. he had his dad there helping him. long check in line. elevator not working. will never stay here again.

This was not a 2.5 room. We recently stayed in several 2.5 rooms in Mississippi and this was not even close. And you said there was a full breakfast, which was untrue. In fact, the breakfast was so bad that we had to go somewhere else to eat.

The location was the best part but there were other hotels just as close in better shape.

The room was clean but was out dated. The hotel could use some repairs to the noisy air conditioners. The breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy was served cold.

The ac wasn't the best and when I left a note and a few $ for the housekeeping to leave extra coffee, she only left a few.

The location is perfect and the staff is extremely helpful in recommending things to do while in Branson.

Hotel is slightly outdated but very clean.

Yes, The 1st night there, we had to have the bedspread changed because of stain,the breakfast buffet was not worth a quarter. After our 1st morning there, we ate breakfast at local restaurants. The last night there, we had to buy a roll of TP at Walmart.
